When did you start working at Beads & Brushstrokes?
After being a customer and teacher for Beads & Brushstrokes I decided to purchase the business from Kris when she was looking to retire in 2024.
Where are you from? How long have you lived in Charleston?
I was raised in Portsmouth, England and moved to Mount Pleasant in 1998.
What is your favorite medium for creating?
I like to create beadwork from seed beads, I also make glass beads and torch-fired enamels and have created jewelry for many years.
What is your favorite color?
Anything Blue
What is your favorite gemstone?
Sapphire.
What is your favorite part of working at Beads & Brushstrokes?
Creating a space where customers can relax and enjoy beading as much as I do.
